BIRT the Rules of Order as recommended by the Constitution and Steering Committee be adopted for the 2008 STBU AGM.

BIRT the Minutes of the 2007 STBU Annual General Meeting be approved.

BIRT the Steering Committee for the 2008 STBU Annual General Meeting be authorized to edit the motions passed for spelling, grammar, sequencing and constitutional language without altering the intent of the motions.

BIRT the STBU Constitution be amended by addition of a new Article to read:

“The Bargaining Unit shall have an Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy and Procedure.”

BIRT BYL 4.1 be amended by addition of a new sub-section to read:

“Develop the Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy and Procedure.”

“Appoint an Educational Services Officer.”

BIRT BYL 4.6.1. be amended by deletion and substitution to read:

“4.6.1. The term of office shall be two years commencing July 1 and ending June 30.”
