An On Time Motion is a motion submitted by any member by the deadline in accordance with our rules. On Time Motions are presented in this document as written by the Mover/Seconder. On Time Motions are subject to change by Steering if required to put them in order. A motion to a meeting remains the property of the Mover/Seconder until such time as it is moved for debate at that meeting. As such, it may be altered by the Mover/Seconder any time up until it is moved for debate. A motion only becomes the official position of the Union if endorsed by a majority vote conducted in accordance with our meeting rules.

1.     BIRT District 12 STBU Council endorse the following motion to AMPA 2008:

"BIRT Provincial Executive lobby the Ministry of Education to develop cross-curricular documents and course support materials that highlight and recognize contributions/roles/ depiction of women."
