COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR 2006/07
All Council meetings take place at the District 12 Office, 4th Floor, at 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
A form is available, on this website, for presenting motions to Council. This is the only way to present motions to Council. The form must be in the District Office by 4:30 pm on the Wednesday of the week prior to the STBU Council meeting to be "on time". Motions received after that time will be treated as "late motions" and will be dealt with at the end of the meeting or declared "notices of motion" for the next meeting if time lapses.
