The following PDF document defines the process for Teacher Performance Appraisal for Experienced Teachers in the Toronto District School Board, as of September 2007. 

The first part of the document (pages 2 - 7)  reflect an agreement between the OSSTF District 12 Secondary Teachers' Bargaining Unit, the Elementary Teachers of Toronto and the Employees Services department of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) as to the specific process to be used in the TDSB.  These pages include specific timelines and requirements that are not in the Ministry Manual and contain two charts that provide teachers and administrators with an overview of the critical components of the process. The second part of the document is the 2007 Manual from the Ministry of Education website, which outlines the Ministry mandated process.
