RE: Replacing Absent Administrators

All members should be aware that OSSTF strongly advises against agreeing to volunteer to replace absent administrators in your school, in any circumstance. OSSTF can not guarantee protection to a member for issues of liability arising from an incident in the school, or as a result of a decision made by the member while acting as a replacement for administration. If you require further clarification with regard to this issue, please do not hesitate to contact the Executive Officer Liaison for your school at the District Office.
