In accordance with the District Constitution, the District Finance Committee is made up of the District Treasurer, the Treasurers of each of the District 12 Bargaining Units and up to three additional members from the Secondary Teachers' Bargaining Unit. In addition the Committee may appoint up to three non-voting members. The Committee is charged with preparing a draft budget for the Federation year for the District, to periodically review the purposes and practices concerning District funds as well as to review the authorized expenditures of the spending authorities of the District, and to prepare a written report on this review for the District Executive. |
