New Teachers' Workshop

We call this workshop "Union?!  Why do I need a Union?!"  We understand that many of you do not understand just what the Union does, and why it will be an important part of your career.  Through interactive workshops you will learn about your rights - beyond your pay -and responsibilities as well as about the bargaining process through a workshop about our Collective Agreement.  You will also come away with an understanding about how the Union works and is structured and ways you can be involved as well as about, and how to succeed in your TPA, among other important information.
