Secondary Staffing Manual
More commonly referred to as the 'Blue Binder' because when first released it was in a blue binder, the Secondary Staffing Manual contains the staffing and surplus procedures as agreed to between OSSTF District 12 Secondary Teachers Bargaining Unit and the Toronto District School Board. These procedures are reviewed annually in accordance with the Collective Agreement and while this document sits apart from the Collective Agreement in order that it may be reviewed annually, it is considered an an addendum to the Collective Agreement and is fully enforceable through grievance and arbitration procedures. If you have a question about anything related to staffing and surplus, do not hesitate to contact the union office and ask to speak either to your Executive Officer or a Union Staffing Officer. |
