OSSTF/FEESO is looking for proposals for practical, stand-alone, progressive, classroom-ready lessons/unit plans of 4 to 5 lessons in length on social issues such as (but not limited to) globalization, world peace, anti-discrimination, environmental issues, universal child care, sexual harassment, aboriginal issues, poverty etc.
The proposals selected by OSSTF/FEESO will be developed by the member(s) according to a template that will be provided by OSSTF/FEESO and submitted by the end of April. The completed units will then be formatted and published on the provincial website.
OSSTF/FEESO will pay an honorarium of $1000 per published unit to the member(s) who submitted it upon completion thereby giving OSSTF/FEESO the publishing rights to the unit.
